Here is the official March 26th Race Day Volunteer sign-up sheet

Description of the event:

When: Sunday, March 26, 2017
Where: Bynum Circle Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514 ———Volunteer Check-In 6:30am.

Times: Volunteers should arrive by 6:30am. Race festivities will end around 9:00am.  Clean up will officially end at 10:30am.

Who Benefits: Our mission is to develop awareness of concussions, the signs and symptoms, the recovery process.  In addition, we provide financial donations for concussion research, and financial assisted tutoring to concussed students, enabling them to stay on track with their education. This year’s event benefits the Matthew Gfeller Sport-Related TBI Research Center at UNC-CH.

Jobs you may have on Race Day include:
Setting up:
Banners, Balloons, Signs, Setting up music,
Registration/Sign-in Table
Setting up Food/Water Table
Placing signage on route
During event:
Directing race participants on route
Helping others find the registration table
Staffing the water tables on route
Passing out Goodie Bags
Clean up–trash, etc.
